General Info

To host a Private Showcase room you will need to complete an application and submit the $135 application fee. Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

Additional room fees are required and outlined below. You may choose to pay to have the bed(s) removed from your room and/or purchase folding chairs for supplemental seating (see bottom of page for costs).

You are must host a Private Showcase room for a minimum of three nights. Room numbers will be assigned in December 2016.

FAI produces a full directory of all Private Showcases (the Pocket Guide) that is distributed to all delegates at the conference. Your Private Showcase room's schedule will be included if submitted by January 15, 2017.

No amplification systems of any kind permitted in standard hotel rooms.

Room cost ($147/night + 16.85% tax + $1.75 dev. fee)$173.52/night
